A good policy should cover email, blogs, and social networking sites such as LinkedIn, and social sites such as Facebook, on how employees should act when representing the company. Or including a "catch phrase" stating "any personal blogs or websites are the personal opinion of the author and not that of the organization/company" is a good idea, as well.
