We manage live inventory with the exact rooms contracted. Reports are online so the hotel, our rooming manager, and our client can all see exactly how full the block is. Attrition is mitigated by being able to see when to drop or when to add rooms. Email all attendees who have not reserved a room to remind them of important deadlines. And after the meeting, our reports tell you exactly what your pick up was for future contracting use.
